thanks for education on trains.

i remember when they came out with tank trains for loading of fuel... it was the railroad back in 60's but a "tank train" at that time was multiple tank cars that were connected together in a way that you could spot one car under a loading rack and fill all cars. vs having to move the cars each time to load them. a "tank train"

In most cases the word "train" in whatever context suggests a linear movement of associated or connected things. It seems an odd choice of word for a stationary array of compressors, tanks, condensors, and so on, and might just as well be applied to a cracking and refining unit of an oil refinery.

But that is the neologistic lingo for the processing units of LNG plants, however unfortunate the choice.
