You are correct.....and even in the line of info they do give, it only gives total capex and does not break it down, as semi capex was somewhere areong $5B in 2005, not the $9.5B listed.

Overall capital spending is projected to hit 9.2 trillion won ($9.5 billion), down 8 percent in 2005.

You may find the CAPEX info in the link on page 12 in the PDF.

Btw, the CAPEX in 2005 was $ 5.9 billion.

Don't forget that Samsung will spent more than $ 40 billion over the next six years in order to double their fabs in 2012 from 12 to 24.
That's a mean of $ 6.6 billion per year.....one year they spent some less, the other year some more...
