The world needs an organization of Democratic countries. If it were withing the UN, it would quickly be the group to join. If it were outside the UN, it could become the organization that spoke with authority. Of course another NGO with dreams of becoming a world government must be structured very carefully to thwart those dreams.

Right now there would be darn few members. Would any outside of Great Britain qualify?
