Down at this level, there are other considerations. It wouldn't take a lot of money to buy a significant amount of shares. Insiders who have sold much higher should be doing this to establish some support. Often when a stock gets to being near the cellar of quotes, you get MM naked shorting, because of the spread and also because they figure there will be r/s if they can keep the pressure on the share price.

If the company is able to move the stock up to the next decimal, you could say a lot of this reversed. My point is that sometimes it is worth their broadcasting their moves, but I think it should be the insiders buying. They can afford it and it sends a much better message.

Perhaps so...I called the TA today and the I/S is still the same. That should mean that either the company was buying or someone else was doing some major accumulation...one of the guys on RB has been watching the MM's closely and seems to think something very big is stirring..hope he is right. See what you think:
