As for what liberals tried to do with Alito (but failed), yes, it is a textbook example of McCarthyism. It would be if the Dems lied but they did not. He deserved to be treated worse. Alito, the asshole, said just yesterday that the Constitution allows the president to declare war......it does not. He is choosing to misinterpret the Constitution because it suits him. He's a dangerous man.......and he's being put on the one of the most important bodies in this country. He's disgusting......they all are.
