I've been making up a big list of Uranium stocks and I came across U.TO currently 7.08

uraniumparticipation.com

This thing is setup to hold Uranium as an investment.

I noticed there is U.WT which currently trades at 1.38.

From their website

Q.What are the terms of the Corporation's warrants issued on May 10, 2005?

The terms of the warrants are set out in a warrant indenture, which is maintained by the Warrant Agent, Computershare Trust Company. In essence, each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share at a price of $6.25 CDN per common share at any time for a period of 24 months from the date of issue. In order to exercise, a warrant holder must contact the Warrant Agent.

Anyhow they make a monthly release stating the net asset value and the stock is trading at a premium which was about $1 on Dec31($5.56).

So the warrant is in the money stock is at premium.

What you think? Uranium spot prices have been on a tear.
