We are NOT the minority. Poll after poll shows that the majority of Americans agree with us on the Iraq war and various economic issues if not on things like gay rights and abortion. But many Dems basically agree with the Bushies on these things and as a result the Democratic Party does not provide a meaningful alternative to the Bushies on economic and foreign policy issues. If the Democrats by some miracle were to win back Congress or the White House, it would be because of a huge vote AGAINST the Bushies much more than a vote FOR the Democrats IMHO. And that is the problem.
