Few if any but the US has tried hard at this and in this shrinking world with interrelationships and globalization being paramount, one can hope that folks understand what their real interests are. The Russians worry me most because they may be moving to a form of fascism. I dont think china will stay in place. I think movement to democracy is a generation away and if we can only keep the peace over Taiwan all else may be dealable.
