You didn't constrain it. If you wanted to exclude non-profits, you should have. It is hard to keep up with your nuances...

You said that Walmart is the only company in Maryland with 10k+ employees. That is clearly false, I provided a counter example. I suppose if I dug up another, you would then say it isn't in retail, so it doesn't count either.
