CFC is huge in the mortgage world. I think they are over 10% of the market. For them to have such a blow out month in production makes me think that they have to be taking business from someone else, since the aggregate mortgage market showed no sign of such robust growth. Whether it is purchase or refi is irrelevant in this case because we are talking about total numbers anyway.
