I am a TS customer, and I use the software as part of my business (I'm a CTA). By far the most important strength TS has is the software. A second strength is the TSW forums, which are the best trading forums on the net in my opinion, and are frequented by active traders, programmers, and TS techs who answer questions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. By far the most glaring weakness is the service from their brokerage, especially when things go wrong. There are, however, ways around that. M
