Bush was illegally spying BEFORE 9-11. Your dishonest argument doesn't hold. Bush-Cheney lied and said it was necessary to spy without warrants AFTER 9-11. But now they're busted for spying before that. Which proves their gross abuses of power have been going on since day one. Even an idiot can see this is much worse that Watergate. 100 times worse. And no excuses. 9-11 can no longer be used as an excuse. Like that BS Rush Limbaugh was telling his listeners, just pure lies.
