Until Katrina. Then, it plunged to 2%! A lot of very black neighborhoods in N.O. STILL don't have any power, so he's hardly redeemed himself.

Bush has 2% approvals from blacks, with a margin of error of 4%, so it could be minus 2%, except for the token few, like Condi Rice (the worst security advisor in US history) and Larry Elder, the first black Republican anti-black radio host.
