Ted, Have you complained to mgmt? Have you told them your views on AA?

Not a lot I could say. Besides, the newly hired women, for the most part, are performing just as well as men would.

The problem, however, isn't that Intel (or any other high-tech firm for that matter) has any sort of bias towards men. The real problem is the lopsided male-to-female ratio of college students in engineering. And that probably has little to do with gender discrimination.

Face it, men are much more inclined to be geeks.
