LOL!!!! I'm going to try it next time they hit us!

Another favorite trick these days is the "survey". You ask at the start how long it'll take. "Three minutes", they say. More like 3 hours unless you hang up.

I feel no guilt about hanging up on these turkeys- -sales or surveys. It's my phone; they use it at my convenience.

Laz, When caller ID shows no number, and no caller name, I answer with a very surley voice, and the don't even try to talk to me.

When the caller ID shows "Private Caller" or "Out of Area" I just don't answer.

If it's someone I want to talk with, they'll leave a voice mail and I'll call them back.
