They "cost" the treasury money; the word "cost" has more than one meaning,

Of course $146B is a high "cost"; more so when you tack it on top of ~$400Billion (or more) in annual deficit spending.

Why does deficit spending not offend you; why do you support it? Do you love Bush so much that you are willing to mortgage the countries future?
