Rice is guilty of the illegal spying, the lying about WMD, part of the team which outed Plame. She was in on everything. Remember, she is the only one Bush trusts in many cases. She and Rove are his closest confidantes. Much closer than Cheney or Bush's father, both of whom GW is rumored to be estranged from.

Furthermore, Rice should have resigtned after 9-11 for ignoring that 8-6 warning. Some security advisor she was.
