That phony case against Hillary was thrown out months ago, yet it doesn't stop the rightwing Newsmax BS artists from repeating it as if it has any relation to reality. The case was probably paid for by Hillary-hater Mellon Scaife whgo owns Newsmax. He used a convicted swindler named Peter Paul to make false charges against the CLintons. Just like they did with the phony bimbo accusations during Whitewater and Paula Jones. Mellon Scaife was behind a lot of that.
