That was a joke that I believe even he would cop to. I heard Dick Cavit use it, when someone tried to corner him on his talk show. Everyone laughed because we got it. That was 10 years before clinton said it. I think we all got it when clinton said it too ... don't you?

Quit making up BS about Clinton. The guy likes to get laid, but he's not the type to drink or get high. He's a super wonk and always did his homework. That's how he became the youngest governor ever despite being from a poor broken family. Unlike GW who inherited the power despite doing very little work.
