I know what you mean, and if it was in Africa, we would just see a bunch of poor people stranded on their roofs. But in THIS country, that imported those black's ancestors as slaves, they'll be seen black poor people for a while longer, I'd imagine.

As soon as we seen rich white people sitting in a stadium in the middle of their own excrement, then we will start seeing poor black people as just people. Until then, it will be seen as a racial problem.
