I think that wherever he went to school, nobody was graded below the median, so he was at the median and never saw the back side of the curve.

MannyMoose, Just to set the record straight, I entered law school in a class of 126 students. Only 60 came back for the second year. Many of my classmates became Superior Court Judges in Pierce County, Walla Walla County, and Clark County.
