The idea that we stand on the verge of deflation is laughable. Prices of eveything not facing Asian competion are surging -- even wages are starting to pick up. And low bond yields -- far from predicting deflation -- are the central bank supported mechanism which supports all the extant bubbles.

Deflation only becomes a credible threat after inflation (real inflation not the doctored government numbers) accelerates to the point that it threatens to unhinge the entire system.
