c. hinton, When I initially saw this post I was impressed that a fellow poster had managed to work the word "puerile" into an SI post. But, you know, dood (alt. spelling), choosing the $10 word and then misspelling it - what's with that? Also, I can't imagine what you possibly find to "prefer" about the saying that you put in your post. It seems to me to be simply a crude, boorish and offensive remark, without any discernable point. You use that saying when you talk among serious people? I'm surprised. p.s. to Slider, thank you for the original, highly informative and very interesting post.
