Nope, no great mighty final wave, just an Elliot context within which to reconcile what appeared to be THE bubble top of all bubble tops in 2000 and the present reality:

Six years later, the credit/debt bubble, real estate bubble, global economic imbalances, and many stock averages reflect far worse distortions than 2000. By most measures, I think the effective top for the 1980s- bull will be marked to early 2006.
