"Seoul would be leveled." I don't think so. Kim had an education of privilege. He is a mouth but he is a mouse in the grand scheme. He is not stupid. He levels Seoul...and he gets levelled. The U.S. will take out any nuclear initiatives in the present circumstances. To allow N. Korea such a step up would be madness. The American Government is not that stupid--regardless of who is in power. Enriching uranium is not an instantaneous thing and can hardly escape notice...
