Tell them you are really really interested in their product and when it comes time to buy just put the call on hold, when they phone back put them on hold again. Pretty soon they get the picture and stop phoning.

I got a call from an agency on behalf of a government department asking if I was satisfied with them, I told them I was and hung up. They then began calling several times a day because our company was cross listed on their contact sheet. They were insatiable in demanding to know if I was satisfied and even hanging up on them would not stop it. In this case it finally stopped when I contacted the Director of the Department.

You can have the most fun with Nigerian scam artists by emailing them back and telling them to phone you collect at work. When they phone just put them on hold - in my experience most of them will hold for at least 30 minutes before hanging up.
