If I am not mistaken this is an OTC stock a Pinky so don't the insider have to file with the SEC to dump? I believe they do and have not seen any documentation of any insider open market sales. In fact, I don't see a reason why they would, they are just getting started. I will try to get an answer on the O/S, float etc. but I thought I had info at one time it was in the hundreds of millions, NOT Billions!!
