As you are a responsible and caring person, you would not have made those recommended those things unless you yourself have tried and found them to be effective and helpful. Thank you for caring and sharing! Gee, prior to your recommendations, I never knew those things existed and what they were for. But, thanks to you, now I know. Wow! I also have to thank my lucky stars because up to now there was never ever was any necessity to use any of those things. If and when the need for them arises in the future, those things you recommended may be given a try. But, perhaps by then, medical science would have advanced so much that your recommendations would have long since become unnecessary and consigned to the trashcan of history. Thank you so much for caring and sharing! To be sure, many seniors here are silently thankful to you for your graciously being a "Dr. RUTH Westheimer" dispensing free advice. .
