Not only that, but if you parse his logic, it's that he's clever enough to see through the distorting "MSM", but the poor blacks across America are not.

Ted, You don't think it had anything to do with the fact that over 25K blacks were left to sit in their own excrement for a week while Brownie went shirt shopping?

a) The media reports were exaggerated. "Sitting in their own excrement" has largely been discredited.

b) Nevertheless, Katrina was a human tragedy, not an African-American tragedy, and certainly not a racial tragedy.
