How many court cases were filed to overturn the results of the Ohio voting? What is their status now? And why did almost no Democratic Congressmen or Senators join the Conyers challenge if the election was clearly stolen? Reports and theories and accusations representing the views of "some of us" come out every day on many topics. Most end up on library shelves and now in the Google archives. Absent real action in the courts or the legislative branch, it's all just food fight politics. If Kerry had improved on Gore's performance instead of dropping several hundred thousand votes further behind in Florida, the Ohio issue would be moot. If Gore had carried his home state in 2000, the Florida outcome would have been academic. Seems to me the Democratic Party doesn't want to face up to its mediocre electoral performance since they had to run someone other than Clinton. Since 1968, the Dems have won three presidential elections and lost seven. Professional sports coaches get fired every year with better records than that. The Dems need a new winning strategy and a candidate who can implement it credibly. Blow away your opponents ike Clinton did and everything else is just trivia. australianpolitics.com
