I'm not saying Laura Bush committed murder. But a heartbroken teenaged girl is much more likely to do something suicidal and stupid. At 16, sometimes kids go crazy just for being rejected by someone they have a crush on. But in Teddy's case it was clearly just an accident. In fact I've been to that bridge and it would be fairly easy to drive off it in the pitch darkness. It's one tiny lane with no guard rail (at the time). The whole point of this is, the rightwing can't keep attacking Kennedy while ignoring Laura Bush. If they want to demonize Teddy and not call it an accident, they can't give Laura a pass.
