Many liberals also condemned Tookie Williams. Quit trying to make that into a partisan issue. The only question was, whether he could be of more help to society alive than dead. A valid question. There was probably no right answer. And if Arnold could have won votes by doing so, he would have spared him. It was more a political decision than anything else. I would be interested in seeing the movie Jamie Foxx made about him called REDEMPTION. Apparenbtly it was very strong. Maybe Williams was worth saving. I'm not an expert.
