Anytime. The other nite I was going to the gym which is at the bottom of a hill. As I got there, the cover on the storm sewer popped off from the water pressure. Some days the air is so wet even indoors things just won't dry when you hang them.

Having said that, I wouldn't trade for second this mess for what you're experiencing. I experienced that kind of dryness in S. CA and did not like it. I saw palm trees burst into flame from spontaneous combustion and full grown trees wilt from the heat and dryness. I'll take the rain any day.
