I know a guy who's grandfather was very wealthy, bought a lot of crappy land in 1880s that was found to be fulla easy to get coal. Built a town and named it after himself.

Back around 1950 he died, family and town thinking they hit it big. He gave every last nickel to a young hooker who lived in another town. Town changed the town's name from Poag to South Roxanna.

AJ, unfortunately, I don't think that would make any difference to a lawyer. If the will had been signed, even if one laughed, he still gets the money, if the will says so.
