In which nation is answering a military draft call voluntary?

What entity pays those judges? What entity owns the buildings the hearings and trials those judges judge take place in? If you do not obey that judge's orders, what happens to you?

Nationalized Health is kept in place through threats of DEADLY force? Take a deep breath. You are getting carried away.

Any program dependent on taxation is kept in place through at least indirect or implied threats of deadly force.
