And now we have a S-3, going out at a price held down by Dr. Brann.

Hacksell appears to have lost taste, if not capacity. The severance letter to Dr. Davis was addressed "Dear Bob".

Dr. Hacksell....... perhaps you can't handle the stress of transition to success? Perhaps the Board should find someone with a better sense of running a company in the U.S.??

CFO schools Brann by waiting for Cramerization to cough up some shares (about a third of his stake):

Will Dr. Brann learn the lesson and sell some more at these prices? We'll see.

For some reason, I can't pull the sell trigger myself. I guess I think the lead program will actually bear fruit.
