Frankly Haq it does not matter who or what she is, the old bugger wanted her to have it and that should be enough.

What he should have said in his will is: "and to my son Billy Bob out of love and as a token of affection I leave the grand and glorious sum of $1.00".

Remember Haq if there is someone you want to cut out of your will the best way is to name them and leave them $1.00.
