Grace the Wall Street Journal, an investment class or a university professor teaches you very little about what the stock market ponzi scheme is all about. I'd be broke now listening to all that fundamental, efficient market BS. In reality it is all about screwing the public, those trading ahead of time on inside info made available to the those privy to inside information, creating the most pain to the most people in the shortest amount of time. Use technical analysis and cash flow statements. Forget GAAP and anything the pimps on TV say. The original purpose of Wall Street as place to raise capital either through equity or debt is far from the reality of where it is today. Ever check to see how IPO's even in the post NASDAQ crash era have done? Most go down hard..

I do agree completely with your previous comment that most companies eventually fail but the consumer is better off the company existed.
