I wont argue with folks who base their views on racist stereotypes that come through when prodded. Brooklyn and the Bronx were and are places with divergent populations. Some schools were/are good, some bad. There are problems. But some of the best schools are also in NY thus explaining the higher IQs New Yorkers have compared to folks from Houston who live in glass houses. New York today is one of the safest cities in the land, perhaps even safer than Houston. Go drill for oil Haq and stop the social commentary.
