97213, If you could read, you would have noticed that I no longer live in Houston, and haven't lived there since 1953. New Yorkers had to walk, and run, from 9/11. Those in Houston were driving their cars, which was not smart on the individuals part, and had nothing to do with local government. The police, anywhere in Texas would stay on the job. Evidently, you don't know the difference between Texas cities, and New Orleans. Or maybe you don't know that New Orleans is in Louisiana. Either way, your blithering anger has tripped you up, and allowed you to make a fool of yourself.
