My point was that a new assembly, basically a "United Free Nations" would only have a quarter of the UN's membership.

Different ways to slice 'n dice the defining of 'freedom' too....

Some groups look at 'economic freedom' (by which measure Hong Kong and Singapore frequently are rated as much more 'free' then the United States...).

Others look at freedom of religious expression, while others look at freedom of political expression.
