If we want policies to save lives, we could start by putting criminal negligence penalties on health care workers that don't wash their hands. That would save far more lives than completely eliminating all violent crime, including gang violence. ....and think of the lives we could save if the money spend on AIDs awareness programs was spent on adding another lane to Highway 1 from Hope to Vancouver LOL
