We all agree that morally Carter was untouchable. And about 11 years after his departure, TIME magazine published this about him (Wonder why you would dig into history to justify the actions of the present President). Wht not dig into and compare the actions of US Presidents of the 19th century and compare it with that of the present President. Now it is a given that Cheney is a crook. There is an appearance of conflict of interest with regard to Halliburton etc. Can you imagine what we would find about this Administration and Cheney 10 years after he leaves office.
