Well, as the guy says, he's a Clownifornian who's "investing" in the DFW area.

I'm a former Clowniforninan circa 1989 who witnessed first hand the 1) fleecing, 2) bankrupting and 3) reinflation of the bubble in DFW.

The thing he said that really made me laugh out loud was the stuff about how great it is to live in Tarrant County. You just have to be there to understand. Yeah, I guess you do. Perhaps that's why it has the highest foreclosure rate in the state (unless my memory is really failing me).

As for the SDCIA board, I would go on there and take some of these jokers on but I'm afraid I'd catch a communicable disease.
