If anyone is going to do it, it is going to be the US. Iran falls outside Israelis area of power projection. What i dont really understand is the anger of the euros against iran compared to their indifference to saddam and their condemnation of israelis action back in the day. I think whats happened in spain, france and england has finally hit home and that an islamic radical theocracy with a bomb and a terror network scares the bejesus out of them. Perhaps the French led EU should do the dirty deed. Mike

Should Israel and the US choose to procrastinate you are looking at an Armageddon scenario." Your observations are fairly similar to my own. Islam is a religion of domination and subjugation. Judaism and its offshoot Christianity are both tolerant religions. Even if an insane theocracy does not initiate the end time, current demographic trends indicate muslims might eventually out populate us into minority.
