If they misuse them, blow them off the face of the planet, but I really doubt that is going to come up. We could do it that way. We'll probably end up doing it that way due to the lack of will or lack of feasibility. I don't think it's going to come up either, although it could. But countries with nukes are treated differently. Joining the nuclear club changes the dynamics. We are dramatically more deferential to NK than we would for any other broken-down, bankrupt country. I prefer meritocracy to big balls as a criterion for deference.
