Ralph Reed, candidate for lieutenant governor, had just finished his opening statement to the Dawson County Republican Party when retired pulp paper executive Gary Pichon sprang from his seat with a question that cut to the chase:

"Did you accept any gifts, commissions or other payments of any kind from Mr. Abramoff, and are you likely to be a party in the unfolding investigation?"

I am impressed. Its likely that Mr. Pichon is a Republican. Its about time Republicans start standing up to what's happening and dressing down the crooks that have hijacked their party.

Let me add.....its amazing to me how much all of these guys look alike..........that same kind of deceiving innocence. The article refers to Reed's "choirboy looks". In fact he does look like an altar boy......and also a younger version of T. Delay. Abramoff, before the s__t hit the fan and when he was 20 lbs lighter, also looked real innocent.....like a little prep. I think that's how they pull this crap off.
