Ss, I guess I just don't see an epidemic of street begging... Do we have numbers on the single mothers on welfare ? I know 4 single mothers (3 black 1 white) quite well through my daughter. They are all working in decent jobs and the interestingly the 3 black mothers are doing a great job raising their daughters so far.. very nice level headed kids) and the white child is at risk IMO.. I cannot dispute the welfare mother idea but neither can I corroborate it. As I mentioned in a prior post moving the age of consent as Mr. Harper in inclined to do is a good idea. I found Vancouver much worse than Toronto or Montreal even 25 years ago.. Al
