The lawsuits should be paid by the Crown and the police investigators and they should be liable for prison time I'll go you one better....make govt employees and bureaucrats criminally and financially responsible for their actions and you will find they will magically become more proficient and honest in all their dealings. Further, tie all govt employee wages to their productivity and you will find that a lot of "programs" suddenly start showing results or become replaced with new ones that do. Social programs with no accountability leaves a system ripe for exploitation. I donate a much money as I can afford to the Shriners each year because I admire them for the work they do with crippled kids and with their burn hospitals. I DO NOT donate money to any UN related organization as these are nothing more than corrupt slush funds for elite. Sadly, in this case the ones that need the help are the ones not getting it.
