Legalising Pot won't work because there will be an underground delivery network because it is so profitable I didn't say this...I only answered to it. You said: legalising it will put that underground group out of business so fast it will make you head spin..... Hmmmm....do you suppose the crime groups, organized or not, will simply evaporate or will they become more aggressive in protecting their "industry" How will they make up for lost revenue resulting from your legalization scheme? Would they become more aggressive in pushing something still illegal (no state competition) only more dangerous....would you then legalize that too? What about the new addictions to the more dangerous stuff???? Are they to be just nameless victims of "social progress"?????
